How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief .
I help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, we explore emotional patterns, heal past hurts, and build the skills to create meaningful connections in your life. Life and relationships can be challenging, and sometimes it’s hard to know why we react the way we do. I work with you to uncover patterns, process emotions, and develop healthier ways to relate to yourself and others. Together, we identify patterns that may be holding you back, develop tools to communicate and connect more effectively, and support your personal growth and emotional well-being.
